Non-invasive, state-of-the-art, diagnostic tools are used in the home inspection to help assess systems and identify problems.
Infrared thermal imaging camera is used on all home inspections. This powerful tool helps detects water damage, electrical problems, structural defects and missing insulation not visible to the naked eye. AC circuit analysis is performed on the electrical system to test amperage, continuity, short circuits, open circuits, polarity and GFCI’s. Moisture meters are used to help detect high moisture content in walls, floors and behind tile. A combustible gas leak detector is used to help identify possible gas leaks , plus all homes are tested for Carbon Monoxide.
